1. Introduction

By interacting with Stake2me, a decentralized staking and referral platform operated entirely through smart contracts, you agree to abide by the terms outlined herein. These terms ensure fair use of the system and protect the interest of all stakeholders. Use of this platform signifies that you understand and accept the decentralized, trustless nature of Stake2me.

2. Account and Access

• Stake2me does not require account registration or KYC. Your Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet) serves as your login method.
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases.

3. Staking Terms

• Token Used: Only USDT on BEP-20 (Binance Smart Chain) is supported.
• Minimum Stake: $100 USDT.
• Earning Rate: 0.4% daily until a maximum return of 200% (2x of staked amount) is achieved.
• Stop staking: Users may choose to Stop staking once they reach their cap or continue by re-staking.
• Smart Contract Functionality: All staking, reward generation, and withdrawals are handled by immutable smart contracts with no manual or third-party intervention.

4. Rewards and Withdrawals

• Reward Accumulation: Rewards accumulate automatically in real time on the blockchain.
• Processing Time: Users can withdraw their staking rewards at any time directly from the smart contract. There is no waiting period, pending approval, or admin involvement.
• Withdrawal Limit: Maximum withdrawal is capped at 200% of the initial stake.
• Withdrawal Fee: A 10% fee applies on each withdrawal and is redistributed across reward pools to support sustainability.

5. Referral Program

A 10-level referral structure provides earning opportunities as follows:

• Unlocking Levels: Each level unlocks only if the user directly refers one person per level.
• Reward Timing: Referral rewards are paid only when the referred users claim rewards from staking.

6. Tiered Reward Pools

Stake2me includes decentralized reward pools based on your total staked volume:

• Rewards from each pool are evenly distributed among all members of that pool upon withdrawal.
• If you move to a higher pool, you will also unlock unclaimed rewards from previous pools.

7. Earning Limits

• Earning Cap: Users may earn up to 200% (2X) of their staked amount.
• Re-staking Requirement: After reaching the cap, users must stake again to continue earning.

8. Fees and Redistribution

• Withdrawal Fee: 10% from every withdrawal, redistributed to maintain pool sustainability.
• Gas Fees: Users are responsible for their own blockchain gas/transaction fees.

9. Security

• Stake2me is fully decentralized. All funds, rewards, and data are managed by audited, autonomous smart contracts.
• No human intervention or admin control exists over funds or rewards.

10. Risks

• Market Volatility: Token values can fluctuate. Stake2me doesn’t control USDT's market behavior.
• Smart Contract Risk: Although deployed smart contracts are audited and tested, there is an inherent risk in interacting with any blockchain protocol.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Exploit the platform through bots or contract manipulation.
• Attempt double-spending or gaming referral systems through wallet farming.
• Engage in any activity that violates Binance Smart Chain’s fair use principles.

12. Termination of Access

As a decentralized system, Stake2me cannot block wallets or terminate access. However, misuse may lead to:

• Ineligibility for future pool rewards.
• Automated rejection of certain smart contract interactions.

13. Intellectual Property

While the staking system is decentralized, the brand “Stake2me”, visual content, and documentation are protected under intellectual property laws.

14. Amendments

Smart contract logic is immutable, but this document and the website content may be updated for clarity. Users should consult the website or official community channels for updates.
